Sunbeam is well equipped modern classrooms, open space, counselling room, and toilet facilities including disabled accessible facility, free Wi-Fi, online learning platform, printer, photocopier and many more. Facilities and equipments are set up, checked, and maintained regularly to ensure effective and efficient operation

Student support services

Sunbeam is always ready to support its students and it has dedicated person to listen students. Student also can contact support@sunbeam.edu.au for their need.

Location

Sunbeam International College located in 2 prime cities in Australia, Sydney and Adelaide. Both Campus are a minutes’ walk form train, bus, restaurant, city centre, botanic garden, university, hospital.

Welfare management

Sunbeam offer you a range of welfare services to help with the mental, physical, social and spiritual well-being of students. These services may include, through direct provision or referral, information/advice about: accommodation, counselling, crisis services, disabilities and equity issues, financial matters, legal issues, medical issues, mental health, peer mentoring, programs promoting social interaction, religious and spiritual matters, and stress-management. It may also include advice on academic and study issues.


Internal welfare services will be provided at no additional cost to the student. However, where a student is referred to an external provider, the student will be responsible for meeting the costs of the provider. The Institute does not charge for such referrals to the provider.

Recognition

Sunbeam International College (Sunbeam) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID: 45759) operating under the National Vocational Education. This is a regulated framework which is administered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Code: 03951F). Sunbeam is an approved organisation to offer services to international student. Sunbeam is regulated by ASQA under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice for Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code 2018).

Study method

Sunbeam offers 20 hours of face-to-face on campus study. Fully qualified trainer will train/educate students and they use following methods to evaluate the student’s competency:

  • Written Tasks
  • Demonstration
  • Third party reports and observations
  • Projects
  • Other assessment methodologies which align with the qualification and Student requirements

Tutoring service

Sunbeam offers tutoring services to assist students who are falling behind their studies. Training support can also be provided to Individual students via telephone and email after the training sessions or on request from the students.
