Enrolment Process

Sunbeam International College encourage you to read Student Handbook (International Student) and go through our website for important information before you apply. Student can apply directly with required all documents and filled application form or through our education agents.

Step 1:

Download the Enrolment Form from our website. Print it and fill all the required details. Once completed scan and send it to admission@sunbeam.edu.au including the following documents which are required:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Copy of Passport
  • Proof of English Language competency (Overall 5.5 in IELTS equivalent or above)
  • CV/Resume
  • Certified copy of all educational documents
  • Proof of study gap ( if more than 1 year)
  • A genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement
  • Evidence of funds and access to it

Step 2:

The admission team from Sunbeam will assess the documents that you or your agency has submitted on your behalf. Based on your application a representative from Sunbeam will conduct an interview (over the phone or online) with you.

Step 3:

If your application is successful, Sunbeam will issue a Letter of Offer/Student Agreement staying all terms and conditions.

Step 4:

To accept the offer, the student must agree to the terms and conditions of the Letter of Offer/Student Agreement, complete, sign and return it to the Sunbeam. The signed agreement must be received before the student offer expires along with required fees.

Step 5:

After receiving signed copy of Letter of Offer/Student Agreement with required fees, Sunbeam will issue your Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) and now you are ready to apply for student VISA.

 

Student Visa information:

Upon receiving the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE), student can apply for a Student Visa (subclass 500).
